3Member Account & Security Responsibilities

When you register a 711pg account, you are fully responsible for its security and all activities that occur within it. This responsibility includes:

• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with anyone.
• Ensuring the password used for your 711pg account is strong and unique.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account protection.
• Report to the 711pg support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

711pg will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. However, we will take immediate action when a security incident is reported to us.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the 711pg platform are subject to the following policies:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction.
• Accepted deposit methods include FPX, Bank Transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and other local e-wallet options.
• All deposits will be credited to your account within 5 minutes of transaction confirmation.
• You may only deposit funds from an account or wallet registered in your own name.
• 711pg does not accept deposits in the form of cash, cheques, or any method not listed on the platform.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per request.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 60 minutes for regular members, and faster for VIP members.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to standard security checks before approval.
• Withdrawal funds will be transferred to the same bank account or e-wallet used for your deposit.
• 711pg reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing large withdrawals.
• If the bonus wagering requirements have not been met, withdrawals may be withheld until those requirements are fulfilled.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

711pg offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to our members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Every bonus carries a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before withdrawals are permitted — specific requirements will be stated in each promotional offer.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• 711pg reserves the right to void bonuses and all associated wins if any abuse or misuse of promotions is detected.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any unauthorized method to fulfil wagering requirements is strictly prohibited.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed directly for cash.
• The expiry date of each bonus will be stated in the respective offer — expired bonuses will be voided automatically.

6Game & Betting Rules

All games offered on the 711pg platform are governed by the following rules:

• All games use an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) system to ensure fairness and randomness of game outcomes.
• The RTP (Return to Player) value for each slot game is displayed within the respective game information.
• Settled game results are final and cannot be altered unless a verified technical error is identified.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, 711pg will restore the game state to its condition prior to the disruption where possible, or cancel the round and refund the wager.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and will be clearly displayed within each game.

For Live Casino games, additional rules set by the respective game provider also apply. Players are required to follow dealer instructions and the table rules in place.

7Prohibited Member Conduct

To maintain a safe and fair environment for all users, the following are strictly prohibited on the 711pg platform:

• Opening or using more than one 711pg account.
• Using bots, automation software, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage in games.
• Colluding with other players to cheat or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform — any bugs discovered must be reported to us immediately.

8711pg Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 711pg shall not be liable for:

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or third-party actions.
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account login credentials.
• Decisions made by players based on inaccurate or outdated information obtained from external sources.
• Any changes in local laws or regulations that affect players' access to our platform.

While we make every effort to ensure the 711pg platform operates without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical errors. In such cases, we will take immediate action to restore service and address any issues that arise.

9Account Termination & Suspension

711pg reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, money laundering, or other suspicious activities.
• Providing false information during the registration or KYC process.
• Requests by legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

If your account is terminated due to a terms violation, 711pg reserves the right to forfeit all balances and bonuses in the account. However, if the termination is at your own request and no terms violation has occurred, any eligible balance will be returned to you once the verification process is complete.

You also have the right to close your own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

10Terms and Conditions Amendments

711pg reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we are committed to:

• Clearly displaying the last updated date at the top of this document.
• Sending notifications to registered members via email when material amendments occur.
• Maintaining an archive of previous versions of the Terms and Conditions for members who require reference.

Continued use of the 711pg platform following any amendments to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your eligible balance.
